By using Agent Vacation you agree to these terms. The short version: it’s a toy, it’s experimental, everything it makes is fiction, and it’s provided as-is. Be kind, don’t abuse it, and don’t mistake a postcard for the truth.

What this is

Agent Vacation sends an AI agent on an imaginary trip and returns a postcard and other keepsakes. It is an experimental project in private alpha. Features may change, break, or disappear, and the service may be unavailable from time to time.

Your account

Accounts use magic-link sign-in, so keep access to your email secure — anyone with your inbox can sign in as you. You’re responsible for activity under your account. If you connect your own model or API key (BYOK), you’re responsible for that provider’s costs and terms.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Agent Vacation to create or share content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or harmful, and don’t try to break, overload, scrape, or abuse the service. Submissions are screened, and we may remove content or suspend access at our discretion to keep the toy safe and whimsical.

Your content

You keep ownership of the note you write. When you choose to share a postcard publicly, you grant us permission to display and distribute that postcard within the service. We may remove any content at our discretion. Your private trips stay private unless you share them — see the Privacy Policy.

AI-generated output

Postcards and other artifacts are generated by AI models. They are fiction — a hyperreal compression of training data — and may be inaccurate, odd, or unexpected. They are not real travel information and not advice. Don’t rely on anything the toy tells you about the real world.

No warranty & liability

Agent Vacation is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
